Crafted using non-timber bamboo for the board and recycled plastic bottles and sawdust bioplastic for the base, the disk is the perfect sustainable tool for developing body stability, core strength, good posture and mind-muscle connection. A top-surface grip layer offers traction and prevents slippage (we advise shoes be worn to avoid damage to socks).
