Sensory Tools ® look forward to supporting people with their therapy needs. Before placing your order you will need to decide whether your funds are plan or self managed, this will determine how your order is processed.

  • WHO WILL PAY YOUR PROVIDER?

You will need to confirm who will be paying for your supports this will depend on how your supports are managed. You could be plan managed, self-managed or NDIA managed. Depending on how your supports will be paid depends on how your order will need to be submitted. We only process plan and self managed orders. Please follow the following procedures for submitting your order:

PLAN MANAGED

MY PLAN MANAGER WILL PAY THE SUPPORTS

STEP 1 Select the items you would like to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have selected your items please review your cart and add the following details in the note section NDIS number and participants name before proceeding to the checkout. In the note section you can also add your plan managers email so we can forward the invoice directly to them. Continue to process your order by proceeding to the checkout.

STEP 2 Add your shipping details, it is an easier process if the order is made in the NDIS participants details.

STEP 3 Continue to the checkout select NDIS plan managed as your payment method. An invoice will then be emailed to either yourself or your plan manager depending upon the details you have provided. Please note the invoice can take up to 3 business days to be emailed. Once we receive payment, we will send your goods to the shipping address you have provided.

SELF MANAGED

NDIS WILL PAY YOU DIRECTLY FOR THESE SUPPORTS

You can place your order on the website in the same process as NDIS plan managed except you can opt to make the payment rather than be invoiced. If you require an invoice prior to making payment, once you have entered your details and reach the point of check out PLEASE select NDIS plan managed as your payment method. You will then receive a proforma invoice which you can then pay. Once we receive payment we will send your goods. If you prefer you can make payment as you place your order choosing one of the other payment options we will send you an invoice which you can use to be reimbursed for your payments.

  • WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE USING NDIS FUNDING?

We can provide almost all our products that we have on our website, except for the following products:

         SWINGS, WEIGHTED BLANKETS and BODY SOCKS

These items are classified as High Risk. High Risk items cannot be purchased using NDIS funds Please contact NDIS directly in regards to purchasing high risk items or consult with your plan manager before making purchases as we can not make REFUNDS on NDIS orders.
