NDIS Orders

If you are self-managed or plan-managed through the NDIS, you can use your NDIS funding to purchase items that help you achieve your plan goals. It’s important to decide whether your funds are plan-managed or self-managed, as this choice will determine how your order is processed. Both options let you use your funding to purchase items and services that support your goals — like sensory equipment, mobility aids, or social programs. The key is making sure the purchase aligns with what’s outlined in your NDIS plan. Please follow the step-by-step instructions to place your order, either for Plan or Self Managed.

PLAN MANAGED 

MY PLAN MANAGER WILL PAY THE SUPPORTS 

Step 1: Start by selecting the items you want to buy and adding them to your shopping cart. Be sure to enter your NDIS number in the provided box on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.

Step 2: Please ensure that you enter the participant's details—name, address, phone, and email—or the parent/carer's email and phone before selecting your payment option. This step is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The payment option you need to select is NDIS PLAN MANAGED.

Step 3: You will receive an order confirmation email; this is NOT an invoice. We will send an invoice within 2-3 business days, which you will need to provide to your plan manager. Once payment is received, the goods will be dispatched.

SELF MANAGED 

NDIS WILL PAY YOU DIRECTLY FOR THESE SUPPORTS

You can place your order on the website using the same process as NDIS plan managed, but you have the option to make the payment upfront instead of being invoiced. If you need an invoice before making payment, enter your details and at checkout, select NDIS plan managed as your payment method. This will generate a proforma invoice, which you can pay. Once we receive the payment, your goods will be sent. Alternatively, you can make the payment while placing your order by choosing one of the other payment options, and we will provide an invoice for reimbursement.
