Sensory Tools® utilise the Australia Post E Parcel system. Once the product has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking details.
Should an item be out of stock this item will be dispatched as soon as it is received. If you feel that delivery is taking too long, contact us and we can give you the information regarding the expected delivery date as supplied by Australia Post.
Orders need to be submitted by 12pm NSW time to be sent out the same day. Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery time frames.
Items are only available for shipment to Australian addresses (not available for shipment to external territories). Soft Play is sent separately via TNT and may take 2-3 working days to arrive
Orders in AUD may incur customs charges and duties charged by the Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the Customs Service or its authorized service provider. Sensory Tools® is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charge and duties. Please note that separate orders placed on the same day will still be subject to the customs charges and duties.
Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by Sensory Tools®.
Sensory Tools® endeavours to ensure all products are of the highest standard and a full description is available on this website. However, we understand that there may be times when a product may contain a manufacturing defect or not meet your expectations.
We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for a "change of mind". If we do accept your a return due to "change of mind" we request that products are returned in original sealed packaging and condition.
