How to build a simple routine
Follow your therapist's instructions for firm, even strokes across the arms, back, and legs, then add joint compressions if that is part of your plan. Keep the brush clean in a labeled pouch so you can follow through consistently at home, school, or clinic — and track what changes over a week.
