The 9" (23cm) Overball (Pilates Ball) also referred to as a Belly Ball is an exercise concept to maintain and improve the function of the locomotor musclo-skeletal-system. Overballs are also a great resistive respiration activity for kids to blow up (using the included straw). Can also be used for early catching skills as the soft and tacky surface makes them easy to grasp.
