Acupressure Sensory Finger Rings
SKU: FD-ACUR-6
The fidget nobody can hear. Slide one on, roll it up and down your finger, and hundreds of tiny wire points press gently into the skin — a bright, unmistakable sensation that pulls attention straight back into the body. Firm and distinctive without being painful, it delivers where softer fidgets don't, making it a favourite with sensory seekers and a genuinely useful redirect for nail biting, skin picking and restless hands. Unlike poppers, clickers and spinners it makes no noise at all, so it works under a desk, in a waiting room or on the bus without drawing a single glance. Each ring weighs under 3 grams and stretches to fit most fingers, child or adult — and with six colours in the pack there's one for each finger, one to share, and spares for the ones that inevitably go missing.
Key features
- Silent by design — no clicking, popping or spinning noise. Classroom, workplace and waiting-room friendly.
- Strong tactile + deep pressure input — hundreds of fine wire points give sharp, immediately noticeable feedback for sensory seekers.
- Habit redirection — a widely used alternative behaviour for nail biting, skin picking, hair pulling and cuticle chewing (BFRBs).
- Fine motor practice — rolling, pinching and threading the rings on and off builds finger isolation, pincer grip and bilateral coordination.
- Genuinely pocket-sized — 2.5cm across, 2.6g each. Whole 6-pack weighs about as much as three teaspoons of sugar.
- One-size flexible coil — the same ring works on a 6-year-old's finger and an adult's thumb.
- Six colours, no randomness — Silver, Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Black. Customers get exactly what's pictured.
Safety and care
Age restriction
Suitable for ages 5 years and over. Adult supervision recommended. Choking hazard — contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
Safety:
- Not a chew, mouth or teething toy. Do not put in the mouth.
- Do not stretch, pull apart or uncoil the ring — the wire ends are sharp if the coil is opened. Discard immediately if bent out of shape, uncoiled or damaged.
- The ring should roll freely. Never force it onto a finger where it fits tightly.
- Do not leave a ring sitting in one position on a finger for extended periods, and never wear one while sleeping.
- Remove immediately if the finger tingles, throbs, changes colour or goes numb.
- Keep away from pets and children under 3 at all times.
- Not suitable for use on broken, irritated or eczema-affected skin.
- Consult a doctor before use if there is any circulation condition, reduced sensation in the hands, or a known nickel/metal sensitivity.
- One ring per finger. Not designed to be worn on toes, ears, lips or any other body part.
Care:
- Wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Do not soak or put through the dishwasher — trapped moisture can dull the coating and cause the wire to corrode.
- Clean between users if shared in a classroom or clinic.
- Store in the resealable bag so the coils don't tangle or catch on fabric.
- Inspect before each use for bends, kinks, flaking coating or an opened coil.
