Use this 40cm Balance Board (also called a wobble board) for proprioceptive and rehabilitation exercise to improve balance and coordination for the whole body. With 360 degrees of movement for complete range of motion, this board offers 3 degrees of difficulty with the free height extender (valued at $10.00).
