A relieving blend of 100% pure Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint & Lime essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms of headaches & mild migraines, sinusitis, nausea, nervous tension & sleeplessness.
Bright, sharp and cooling — lemon and lime up front, peppermint through the middle, lavender softening the finish. Diffuse it in a quiet, low-light room, or dilute in a carrier oil and work it across the chest and back.
A note on shared spaces: scent is an environmental change everyone in the room has to share, and many sensory-sensitive people are scent-avoidant. We'd suggest keeping the diffuser to your own space rather than a classroom or shared clinic room.
How to use this product:
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional
- Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight
- Store below 30°C
- Keep out of reach of children

Each mL of pure essential oil contains:
- Lemon (Citrus Limon) Fruit 600µL
- Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Herb Top Flowering 180µL
- Peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) Leaf 120µL
- Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) Fruit Peel 100µL
