A comforting blend of 100% pure Orange, Mandarin, Geranium, Patchouli & Bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress, including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue.
Warm citrus over a soft, grounding patchouli base — this is the one to reach for at the end of a hard afternoon, between clients, or when the house finally goes quiet. Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil for massage.
A note on shared spaces: scent is an environmental change everyone in the room has to share, and many sensory-sensitive people are scent-avoidant. We'd suggest keeping the diffuser to your own space rather than a classroom or shared clinic room.
How to use this product:
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

- Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight

- Bergamot (Citrus Aurantium) Fruit Peel
